iCare Repairs – Terms and Conditions

  1. In these Terms and Conditions, “Company” means i care solution (closed joint stock), “Customer” means the person, firm or company bringing an Apple Product (the “Product”) to the Company’s service centre in Udaipur for repair (the “Center”).
  2. Any Product placed for repair at the Center implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
  3. The examination of the Product by the Company usually takes up to 3 working days. If the required spare parts are not available, the expected time to complete the service may vary from 7 to 14 working days following completion of the examination.
  4. It is recommended that the Customer back up the Product and wipe it prior to submission for service. The Company shall not be responsible for any data loss during maintenance.
  5. All installed accessories including packaging, protection screens and SIM card must be removed before service. The Company is not liable for loss or damage.
  6. The Company may install system software updates. Third-party applications may not work after updates.
  7. Advance payment for out-of-warranty repairs will be deducted from the final invoice.
  8. Authorization given to another person to submit or collect the Product shall be final and binding.
  9. “Find My iPhone” must be turned off before service. Apple Support: 000 800 040 1966
  10. Text messages, emails and written communication are approved means of communication.
  11. Replaced parts become the property of Apple unless the full product value is paid.
  12. Service may not be available for products not intended for sale in Mumbai.
  13. The Company is not liable if the Product cannot be repaired or the Customer is dissatisfied.
  14. Data loss may occur. Customer is solely responsible for backing up all data.
  15. Unclaimed Products after 30 days from notification or 90 days from submission may be disposed of.
  16. Diagnostic Fees (including VAT):
    • MAC – 5172 INR
    • AirPods – 1293 INR
    • Other Apple Products – 2586 INR
  17. Factory Reset Fees (including VAT):
    • MAC – 5172 INR
    • AirPods – 1293 INR
    • Other Apple Products – 2586 INR
  18. A collection delay fee of 2586 INR may apply after 14 days.
  19. Repair prices are estimates and may change after technical examination.
  20. Purchase invoice is required to confirm warranty status.
  21. If parts are unavailable, the product may be replaced subject to price difference.

  23. Customer must comply with export laws and regulations.
  24. Customer must comply with anti-corruption laws.
  25. Company liability is limited to replacement of the Product only.
  26. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Udaipur under English law.
  27. Invoice must be provided or Apple may reject service.
  28. Website disputes are governed by the laws of Mumbai.
  29. Card details will not be stored or shared.
  30. Udaipur is our country of domicile.
  31. No services to OFAC sanctioned countries.
  32. We accept Visa & MasterCard in INR.
  33. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
